White Bridge Investments III makes its entry into the field of aesthetic medicine, entering the capital of Vida Pharma, a reference company for quality and reliability in the Italian and foreign market and manufacturer of cosmetic and professional products 100% made in Italy. In this operation, WBI was assisted by Proj.Eco Engineering for the aspects of Due Diligence related to the environment, health and safety. With the mission “Living beauty, in all its forms”, the Vida Pharma group was founded in 2004 with the ambition to establish itself among the leaders of the professional cosmetics industry in Italy and abroad, marketing products under its own brand Ksurgery and private label solutions, reaching the entire national territory and over 40 countries in the world.

With this acquisition, WBI intends to strengthen the management structure of the Vida Pharma Group, expand its product portfolio and invest in new technologies and scientific studies.
